بطولة فانكوفر برو حلقة 4 -BODYBUILDING DEPLETION WORKOUT


It’s hot in here My flight is the day after tomorrow, guys In today’s video, I will be showing you guys a depletion workout I’m intaking 0 carbohydrates at the moment And my workouts revolve around a “pump style” workout which is all about light weight and high reps In order to burn and empty all the glycogen stores in my body It’s basically a technique that makes your body even more thirsty when you start your loading phase So all of the carbohydrate you intake gets absorbed easily Today I will train back Rear delts Biceps or Triceps as well That’s pretty much it Tomorrow I will train chest, anterior delts, lateral delts, calves, abs as well as biceps or triceps Now, I’m on my way to the gym The first exercise is a posterior shoulder exercise, Reverse Pec-Dec Flye I will superset rear delts with traps So today’s workout session will be a quick one with supersets, light weight and high reps Since I already told you guys that the aim is to empty all the glycogen stores in your body Because this is the depletion phase which is usually 3 or 4 days before the show, then we start the loading phase So guys, I just finished my first 2 exercises which include rear delts and traps For the third exercise, I will be doing rows with an upright arm position In order to focus on the upper-back even more Then for the 4th exercise, I will target my lower-back even more I won’t be doing a lot of exercises It’s a quick workout session When I do rows, I focus on the squeeze and contraction as hard as I can I’m trying to sweat a little as well so I can get rid of any excess water in my body In this specific exercise, I like to stick to a higher rep range It’s pretty similar to the behind the neck pull-downs Which is a different variation of pulldowns in which you pull from the back It’s a cable exercise so it’s safer as well I usually do about 15 reps So I’ll do only 3 sets and then I will target my lower back This is a tough one I like to do deadlifts on the smith-machine superset with rows So this is not an easy one This exercise is a bang to your buck So, if you have a weak back, I suggest that you add this superset to your workout routine It also meets the goal that we want to achieve at the moment which is depleting glycogen stores Since you burn a lot of calories as well I will do 2 more sets of this superset Then I will do biceps Okay guys, so I finished training back This was my last back exercise Now, I will do some light bicep work I can do a compound exercise as well With the cable or so Then I will head back home Today, I have a session with my chiropractor So he can fix my back just a little bit more before the show In order to have a straight posture while stepping on stage That’s it I will film the last exercise for you guys and then I will end the vlog The last exercise is hammer curls on this machine You can do it on a machine or using free weight It’s a 4 set exercise Then that’s it for today’s session I might do some abdominal work at home after I practice my posing routine during the night Tomorrow will be the last depletion session and I will rest on Thursday and Friday Having a rest is a good thing to do I saw a comment of someone saying that the muscle does not get firm as it should be. Well, the truth is It’s all about the definition it’s all about your condition If you want to win a show, you have to prioritize your conditioning.   4. ربنا يوفقك يا دره ويحقق لك مرادك.. عندي طلب لو ما عليك امر نزل فيديو تتكلم فيه عن الجلسات والعدات وايش الفايده والفرق لو كنت العب ست جلسات او ثلاث جلسات وش الفرق بينهم وايش الفايده من كل واحد وايش ممكن يحقق لي, ولو كنت العب 12 عده او 6 وش الفرق والفايده من كل واحد.
