This is the first video in my new series on Weight Gain Foods. Our society is very judgemental whether our child is healthy (overweight) or thin (underweight). The world is more worried about my child’s weight than their own problems. Isn’t it funny? It is stressful, to hear about my child’s weight from every other person! But hey, don’t worry. Don’t worry about what any relative or random person says about your child’s weight. It doesn’t matter! What matters is that you have an active, healthy, and happy child. You have probably been through these challenges before. I am in the same boat as you are. Now, for the most important part. What can YOU do if your child is underweight? Its very simple. No matter when or how much your child eats, make sure that you feed them nutritionally rich and calorie dense food. Instead of 3 meals, you can give kids 5-6 meals a day. And I have made this very simple for you, with my blog post which has a list of over 20 ingredients that are nutritionally rich and calorie dense. And they help towards weight gain. Now you might say, that an ingredient list is fine, but what do i make with them?
