5 High-Calorie Ingredients, 1 Tasty Smoothie

Hey guys, few quick tips today. If you’re trying to gain calories, get more
calories in your diet, here are five foods you can use to do that quickly and easily. Number one: avocado. Full of calories, good fat,
can hardly taste it. Number two: dried fruit. Fruit that doesn’t have
any of the water in it anymore. So you’re not going to feel full. And it’s loaded with calories. Tons of good nutrients, micronutrients. Dried fruit. Number three: nuts! Of the most caloric,
brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, cashews are great, almonds are pretty good. Nuts are great to add calories to your diet. For more snack-able,
you can actually make nut butters. Make nut butters. Have them on-the-go. Make spoonfuls. Four is seeds. Seeds: Chia seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds. Mixed in the right thing you’re not going
to taste them and they’re full of energy and are going to make you feel so good. And they’re also great for your digestive
system, too. And number five, fruit is good,
but you want to focus on the berries. Black berries, raspberries, even strawberries. Those have a low water content and a higher
calorie content. Really great for bulking. And if you don’t have an appetite, These five things actually work really well in a smoothie together in a berry smoothie with peanut butter. We call it a PB&J smoothie. So if you want to just throw it all
in your blender, whip it up, you have a delicious drink. It’s going to help you

  4. After binge watching about 5 of your videos, I'm certainly convinced on getting one. I'm a vegan with a regular blender, bad idea. My cheap blender couldn't even blend 4 well cut frozen bananas this morning…and you should have seen the disaster last week when I tried making a beet juice blend! I'm probably going to get the A2300. Would you say there's a drastic difference between the A2300 and the A3300? I would primarily be using it for myself, occasionally making things for my girlfriend or my parents when they visit. Also, you have yourself a new sub.
