Chest Shoulder Triceps Push Day Workout 2016 (Day 1)

What’s going on everyone? This is Carlo The Solution as in the Solution to fitness and today, we’re doing a Push Workout Chest, Shoulders, and Tris. Alright, so a lot people noticed in the comments and let me know that I look a little bigger than before. Yes I am bulking, i’m on a bulking diet I’m currently 199 I’m currently 199 and i’m trying to get to 210 I got 2 or 3 more months before my bulk ends so I’m really trying to make it to that point But, I just wanted to let you know that and why you don’t see my Abs anymore. Yo, where your Abs go? So like I said, we’re going to do a Push Workout which is going to consist of Chest, Shoulders, and Tris This is one of the first videos of my routine, my 3 day workout routine for people that don’t really have a lot of time to go to the gym every day don’t have time for 5 days or even 4. So I’m doing a 3 day workout routine, this is the first workout of the week. I’ll be doing the workout today with my partner over here He’s one of my workout partners, his name is Yesherf, say hi. Hi Nice Alright, so with that being said, lets get right into the workout. Alright, we’re gonna start with the Dumbbell Chest Press then we’re gonna superset that with Push Ups. Then immediately go to Push Ups There you go Invite the pain It’s your friend. Alright, now you gotta get down. How’d that feel? Feel the pump Alright, now we’re gonna do the High Cable Fly then walk over here to do the Tricep Extension then we’re gonna bring it down and do Front Delts. Then you bring it down You wanna superset with things close together so you don’t gotta go across the gym to do this across the gym to do that. And I left it at 42 So the next workout is going to be the Incline Chest Press this is the only thing we’re going to do without a superset You’re making too much noise damnit! We’re not gonna superset it with anything It’s just gonna be this cause you’re already working your Front Delts, your triceps are getting a good hit here So I’m gonna stand behind him and spot him and you know, always have a spot, it’s important. even though this is some light ass weight We did a Chest Workout already so if he seems a little weak, that’s why. So now we’re gonna do the Chest Fly’s and then we’re gonna move around, hit the Rear Delts And then I’m gonna do the Overhead Tricep Extension, I’ll walk over there and do that. Move around It’s important to have the seat placement good So you’re like here, you’re not like out here, you’re not up here, you’re comfortable Make sure you’re not too far back You want to keep it at a good angle where you can get a good stretch. And he’s going right over to the Tricep Overhead When you started wearing stringers? When you started wearing stringers? You always did that? Hey, is he still working out over there? He’s pretty quiet over there Alright, now we’re gonna do the Decline Chest Press and then we’re gonna move over to do Dips. Now, since it’s just me and him recording each other I’m gonna have to put this weight up myself but I really suggest you have a partner to put this on you cause it’s not gonna be easy, so do not recommend doing this unless it’s REALLY really light. Now, what a lot people have problems with is that they don’t know where to aim the Dumbbells when on a Decline Aim it straight at the ceiling You wanna avoid going this way, some people go this way and don’t even realize it they end up losing balance, aim straight up at the ceiling. hit that lower Chest. That’s our arch nemesis he’s copying our workout thinks he’s so cool Alright, now we’re gonna superset with the Shoulder Side Delt Machine and the Tricep Machine over here So, we’re gonna do em both at the same time, then we’re gonna switch. I’ll show you another angle don’t worry. Alright, now we switch up This makes sure no one takes your machine. Alright, this is going to be an alternative workout to the one we just did if your gym doesn’t have those machines We have some cables here, we’re gonna do the Reverse Grip Cable Tricep Extension and we’re gonna superset that, with the Side Raise.   1. Just a suggestion. Maybe you could start putting all the exercises in the description. That way people don't have to watch the entire video if they don't have time. Love your vids man!
