several hours to some place and when you don’t have the opportunity
to have a proper meal for example when I have to spend 8-9 hours travelling
to reach the university where I study I make myself these protein bombs because I do not eat bread so I cannot make myself a couple of
sandwiches when I travel so when I travel I eat these protein bombs and some nuts like walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts because nuts are another great snack and this is how I survive 9 hours in the bus, or train, or whatever but enough crap this is what you are going to need for the protein bombs 400 grams of cottage cheese 100 grams of oat flakes 150 grams of cheese 1 egg some olives and some parsley so far, so good you put the cottage cheese in a bowl then you add one egg and you mix this after that, you add the oat flakes and again, you mix the substance then, you add the olives the parsley and the cheese after mixing everything you get this and then you start making the protein bombs after you are done you can sprinkle some sesame seeds then you put the protein bombs in the oven
