Mushroom 150 Gram, Baby Corn 4, Mint 1 Handful Chopped Ginger 1/2 Inch, Garlic 4 pods, Onion big 1, Green chilli 1 Oil, Turmeric powder, Chilli Powder 1 Tsp, Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp, Garam Masala 1/4 Tsp, Pepper powder, Salt to taste Heat Oil in a pan add Ginger Garlic and saute for a minute Add Onion, Green Chilli and saute until transparent Add Mushroom and Baby corn Mushroom and Baby Corn rich in dietary Fiber, good for Heart, decreases Blood Pressure, Low Calorie, Rich in vitamins and minerals Add Salt and cook for some time. This contains proteins, carbohydrates etc., Good for Hair and Skin Add Garam Masala, Pepper powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander Powder and salt. Mix well Add Chopped Mint leaves and mix. Stir fry for some time. Mint is Good for digestion.
