How are you guys? today is my first workout after the Olympia Today’s work out is a little bit different, a simple workout not a hard one since my weight has increased so no need to push on my body i stopped my prep and “supplements” that i take, so i don’t want to have any risk of injuries. i need only to enhance the blood circulation Today’s first workout, will be chest and biceps a light exercise and this should be the type of exercise after any championship. There is two types exercises after the championships. depending on your season
If your season is too long then your workout should be light.
If your season is short and you only participated in one championship and you want to make use of the time after to be bigger this needs a completely different type of workout but todays workout is a light one to just circulate the blood in the body and to get a light pump we will start the first exercise a standard bench press We will do 4 or 5 exercises and each exercise will not be more than 3 sets; a warm up set and 2 sets with medium to heavy weights Please don’t comment on my belly 🙂 I have been eating crap for 7 days continuously We have finished the flat bench press.
we will do now the inclined then maybe cable curl and another exercise maybe hammer presses and then biceps and thats it. Regarding my plan, i still don’t know which championships i will participate in either i will participate in Vancouver Pro in order to defend my title or participate in New York Pro one more time.
I liked New York Pro Although is a very difficult championship but hopefully my i will be much better and would have taken a rest and some time to increase my mass Im still undecided what do you think?
