Ninety-eight, ninety-nine, one hundred. Oh,
hey, didn’t see you there. Let me get a quick pump in before I make a tasty protein shake.
36 grams of protein, and only 383 calories, it’s gonna be delicious. Let’s get started,
right after the next couple of reps. One-o-one, one-o-two… So the protein powder that you choose is really
gonna have a big effect on not only the flavor but also the texture of your shake. Now I
get asked a lot what one I recommend and after trying a lot of them, I really do like the
Dymatize Nutrition ISO-100 Gourmet Vanilla. Not only does it taste really good, it also
has 25 grams of protein per serving. Starting with the almond milk, we’re going
to add all of the ingredients except for the ice into the blender. Now what we’re gonna
do is we’re gonna blend all of this together and what the trick is, is that you don’t wanna
add the ice yet. You wanna see the texture and the consistency of the mixture, and then
depending on how thick it is, you can add the amount of ice to correspond to whatever
thickness you want. So since we’re using frozen peaches for this recipe, you’re not gonna
need as much ice, which if you were using fresh peach you’d wanna use extra ice because
it’s gonna be a lot less thick. So as you can see, it’s still a little bit
soupy, and so I like my shakes a little thicker, so I’m gonna add in about four to five ice
cubes. If you find that it’s too thick, and you wanna lessen that, you can go ahead and
just add in a little bit more almond milk, and then blend that together. Plus, if you
wanna add a little bit of sweetness, you can always add in about a teaspoon of honey to
sweeten it up. That is good. Nothing like a delicious peach
protein shake after a hard work out. For more protein shakes, you can check out my playlist,
