hai friends welcome to mana aanimuthyalu i prepared leafy vegetable fried rice i take amaranth and spinach E C K Vitamins in amaranth B2 , B12, E, K Vitamins in spinach will see the process soak rice water 1 hour and boil rice take a pan add 2 spoons of oil add 1 spoon dalda and add whole biryani items let it fry for 1 min add onions,chilli and curry leafs add 1 spoon ginger and garlic paste fry 1 min add leafy fry for 2 min add half spoon turmaric and salt half spoon fry 3 min fry on medium flame chilli powder 1 spoon fry for 1min add 2 cups of basmati rice add garam masala mix well this recipe is very healthy good for health if u like it 1nce try this recipe thanks friends if u like plz like and subscribe our channel
