mix with endurance sport. It’s actually called
a four-in-one pattern, four parts carbohydrate, one part protein. Within endurance sport, we’re
always looking to manage an energy pattern, but
you always want a protein attached to that, a small amount, so that you have optimal
metabolic efficiency. It’s interesting that
