  1. Must I be flexible in order for me to get the most out of the workouts? I am not able to stretch my legs out fully without feeling the stretch and my legs feel much more tired then my abs when I do the workout. What am I doing wrong?

  9. 1 hour swimming 3-5 times a week simultaneously to the Hiit workouts by Chris done the magic for me lost 110 lbs in 10 months getting close to my best form ever 😉 and sure cut the cabs go high in protein and don't forget the nuts 😀

I'd like to hear his explanation as to whether or not you can burn fat without excersise utilising diet alone, if a caloric deficit is proficient in losing fat, then why do you need an added stimulus such as cardio or HIIT to burn additional fat, this makes no sense. If the body stores unused energy as fat due to a caloric surplus, then the opposite should hold true as well, a decrease in caloric intake should be all that's needed to promote fat loss. This man is young and his metabolism is in peak condition, he's most likely never had a belly fat (visceral fat) problem, so he's therefore never had to "lose a belly", basically he's been in maintenance mode since day one…!!!

  12. Just found this guy last month started adding his workouts to my regimen. Holy crap. Never thought pushups and different styles of calisthenic styl exercises could be this hard but they do work. As for the trolls. Ignore em. They just wana bring you to their level of stupidity and ignorance. If you feel it benefits you. Then who are they to say what's right for you.

  15. I do all of these three times a week and do dips and pull ups and push ups but I also eat what I want it’s all about intensity I’m 39 btw

  16. Thank you for doing this! By the way I'm doing these exercises and it gets harder the more I do but at the end of the workout I just feel weak not sore, I have some belly fat too. Is that the reason?

  17. what if you still cant do some of these workout properly, like that twist thingy, i cant keep my legs up in the air while doing it, dont have the strength yet
