for an adequate night’s sleep is making sure that you have all of the right amounts of vitamins, and minerals, and amino acids. And in my opinion, the most important ones are magnesium, taurine and 5-HTP, all of which can be quite difficult to get through in the
diet so you might need to supplement with them. Where magnesium is brilliant is for relaxing the body and actually sending you off to sleep. Taurine is amazing because it can carry magnesium across the blood-brain barrier in to the brain and have a relaxing effect on the brain. Taurine also increases something called GABA which is a natural sedative. And then lastly we have 5-HTP which is the precursor to melatonin but also serotonin so it will help you with a good night’s
sleep and it will also help you to feel good and happy throughout the day.
