Place in mixing bowl Finely dice 30g of ginger
Set aside Dice 80g of king oyster mushroom
Set aside Peel and dice 30g of carrot
Set aside Add oil into fry pan Add in diced mushrooms
Saute until liquid dries up Add in diced ginger and saute Add in diced carrots and saute Add 15g(1tbsp) of soy sauce Once cooked, add to mixing bowl with tofu Combine ingredients
Add 5g(1tsp) soy sauce 6g (2 tsp) white pepper 5g (1 tsp) of sugar
15g (1 tbsp) of mirin 5g (1 tsp) of sesame oil
6g (2 tsp) potato starch After combining mixture together
Add 30g (6 tbsp) of breadcrumbs Mix well Slap out the air Grease a plate Divide mixture into 4 portions Slap out the air while forming
each portion into patties Add oil to a fry pan On low heat, fry patties
until golden brown on both sides Then place patties on a baking sheet Bake for 20 minutes at 200℃/392℉ Remove from oven and you’re done!
