Which prenatal vitamins should a pregnant woman take?

I recommend any prenatal vitamin that
has 800 micrograms of folic acid. That’s actually an increased dose than prior to
when you got pregnant. We recommend 400 micrograms, but once
you’re pregnant your body does need a little bit more of
that vitamin, so any prenatal vitamin, even over-the-counter, is totally fine
during your pregnancy.
