World Champion Swimmer Michael Andrew Talks UCAN for Ketogenic Athletes

There’s only two supplements I really
ever use – UCAN and Real Ketones. What I’ve noticed with UCAN which has been so incredible for me is that I’m able to eat a ketogenic diet, I use Real Ketones to help me stay in ketosis, but UCAN can give me this, not like a quick burst energy because it’s a more sustaining, longer-lasting fuel source, It’s slow-release, but because it’s not like a regular carbohydrate, it’s a SuperStarch, I have noticed that I’ve been able to increase my sessions and have a more lasting energy throughout the set. By the end of it I’m not hungry and when I get out of practice even though I may have had what’s a larger dose of carbs, I’m still in ketosis.
